OK Ind & Pio - need advice on two different things

I have two different situations.
First, I have 3 sets labeled as "Cherokee Claims," which list items lost or stolen that a person is trying to get reimbursement for.
Also, I have a Subsequent Burial image with listings of a family plot. I have two twins, with part of the parents' names on the shared stone, and another stone's transcription gives the other parent's initials. I also don't know with a certainty whether the name Verdie (with which I am unfamiliar) is female or male, so I wonder if he/she should just be listed as "twin."

When I had a problem like the second one on another project (Boston Irish), I keyed the person of unknown gender as the main person and then the others as relatives. Maybe a bit of a cheat though - I don't know whether that would be allowed here?

See, that's the problem, not sure if that would be acceptable for this project, and I already know I'm gonna take a hit on my accuracy for something else in this project, due to a differing interpretation of the stated rules. *sigh*
I have posted this same question on the project-specific thread, and on the wiki, as well, but still haven't heard from Anna or anyone else, LOL! I know it's still the holiday weekend, but these sets won't wait forever. ;-) I still have a few days, but the clock is ticking. *shrug* I even posted the first situation on the Facebook group page, and Anna did say on there that she would revisit the project & get back to me. I sorta feel like this project has been set adrift to fend for itself, currently, though...
Thanks for your response, though. I appreciate it. :-) Maybe someone else can let me know if they've dealt with this project enough to give me a definitive answer.

I have two sets that have what I believe is the interviewer at top left and two surnames at top center where I believe one or the other of the two surnames is telling a story. I believe that due to the date listed for the story. Don't quite know what to do with these sets, either. O.o
