Hello,
I am reseraching the Daimwood/Damewood family that was living in Robertson County, TN 1804-1808, and later moved to Maury County, TN in 1808. I have found a Lt. Henry Daimwood of Maury County, who served in the 27th regiment, TN militia in 1808 and 1810. Would like to know where he connects to the Jacob Daimwood (1776-1845) family in Maury County, TN.

Wayne,
Thank you for the information about the Daimwood Cemetery. Jacob Daimwood (1776-1845) had a son Henry Boone Daimwood, who may be have been named for the Henry Daimwood in the Tennessee Militia. I have wondered whether Jacob had a brother named Henry who was living in Maury County around 1810-1815. Also some have speculated that Jacob's full name was Jacob Henry Daimwood, so Jacob and Henry may be one and the same.

Regards,
Bill
