Sissel family mystery

I am researching my family history which is a big mystery in our family. My grandfather's parents are listed as being from Styria, Austeria, but that is all that is known. His name was Michael Sissel and his wife's name was Anne-Marie. I am not sure of her maiden name. They settled in Chicago, IL around the early 1900's. Every time I ask my family where we are from I get very evasive answers. Does anyone recognize this surname? Every other Sissel I have run into is not sure where they are from either.

sissel

Also have traced part of my family to Styria. Have run
into same evasiveness when asking questions regarding
Austrian roots. Ulrichs settled in Chicago in early
1900's. What part of Chicago did the Sissels live in?
Ulrichs settled in Roseland, 107th & Michigan. Hope
you find your roots in Austria.
