Register of Choctaw names who wish to become citizens under the treay of 1830.

I’m putting down these names in the hope of helping those family’s looking to see if they any indian blood in their line. I will have a little info on all these names just ask.

Note: I also have a lot of Indian Names but there was to many and to long to put here you may ask but that’s not to say I well have all the names. If this well help the Treaty was singed by Cheif Dancing Rabbit Creek of Mississippi.

Would you happen to have any information on William Hall #32 on the list?
I am searching for William Hall who married Mary Lowry in Franklin County, Alabama. His father was Andrew Hall 1802 and mother was Hannah Miller born 1805

The info on William on my list gives no family info so it would be hard to tell if this is your William, but I’m giving you the info in that there may be something that may be of help to you, I however did find a little on Andrew Hall and I’m add it also it maybe of some help.

William had cultivated 25 acres and had 9 in the family there were 1 male over 16 years and 4 males or females under 10 years of age. The farm locality was at Tombecbe, 7 miles from Demopolis. He had a total of 320 acres the land was tolerable.

Andrew Hall & Hannah ( Miller ) Hall children were Squire, William M., Wilson, Hiram, John T., Nancy and Martha ( Patsy ) Hall she married one Charles Wesley Blair Weatherbee. There Children were Amanda Melvina, John Wesley and Nancy Jane.

I think you are using the register I have. It shows a black man named James blue with an Indian wife and 3 small boys that had 7 acres culitvated. Do you have any other info on this person?

Looking for the wifes name or the boys names.

Looks like we have the same list ? I got mine from the library of congress and yours? I have no other info on him. Do you have any other info to work with, I do have a James Blue from Ill. and One from Indiana. 1817 but no family info and just a short line at that.

Nancy when I said I had a ( LITTLE ) info on these names I didn't know how ( LITTLE ) it was. I did look in my index's on Land but could find no other info on him this is all I have:

He registered to become a citizen of the United States on June 16, 1831 he was to remain for five years at the time he had two children under ten years of age. He was a Half breed.

Do you have Saunders on your list. I am looking for Betsy Saunders. Betsy could be a nickname, too. I don't know what her husband's name was.
