goodrich and pruetts of Dunklin County Mo

I am researching the Goodrich family that married into the Pruett in Dunklin County Mo. Albert Goodrich was living with Clark Pruett in the 1880 census of Salem Twp. Shown as grandson. His death certificate showed a Amy Goodrich as his father and a Mary Pruett as his mother. Clark and Celia had a daughter of 10 named Mary Pruett.
I suppose it is possible that Clark had been married before but two daughters with the same name still unlikely. Celia was a Cude. Would like to know more about the Goodrichs.

I have a notebook full of information on this family. contact me directly to share.

Ambert (amy) Goodrich born after 1860 census, married Matilda Pruett 3/7/1876, daughter of Clark Pruett & Cecelia Cude, issue Albert E., died 1899-1900.

Alice Johnson, wife born Jan 1862 in Tenn, married 1/24/1884, died 1935 in Dunklin Co., MO

Children: Albert Edgar, son, born 2/16/1879, MO died 12/25/1956, buried Lulu Cemetary, near Crossroads, MO (married Fannie Brunt, b. 1887)

Brook A., son, Dec 1885, MO

John Wylie (Will or Bill) son, Jul 7, 1888 born near Bucoda, MO then a saw mill town called BYRD. Parents were pioneer residents of south Dunklin County. Father died when he was a young boy and later his mother, Alice, married Ozro Johnson in 1900, also an early settler of this section, who resided near Cross Roads. Jessie (son) and Ocie Mae (dau) result of this marriage.

Above according to Victor Goodrich email to G.E. Goodrich 2003

Delayed or Special Birth certificate of Albert Edgar,(resident Senath, Dunklin Co., MO) son of "Ama" Goodrich of TENN and Matilda E. Pruett of MO. "Supporting evidence" Marriage license, Craighead Co. 12-30-18 Could be misprint of 1878. Other names and dates supporting document somewhat confusing.

I didn't find Matilda or Amy Goodrich in 1880 census. Where were they? I found a Lambert and Matilda.
I have Clark and Celia's daughter Mary married to A. M. Watson which produced one son, William Ancel Watson. Mary was dead before the 1900 census. Victoria Pruett married A. M. in 1901 and died 1906. Died from complications of Rhuemtoid Arhritis. At first A. M. was accused of beating her to death but the evidence didn't support that. The newspaper said D. S. was her father. I was unable to find a D. S. Pruett in the census. Victoria and A. M. had two children. Celia and Albert Leonard Watson. Then A. M. married Nellie Matthews.

Quite complicated. What are your sources? There were no Goodrich in 1870 in Dunklin Co MO

Ambert (Amy) died 1899-1900 location unknown. "Lambert" might be Ambert (Amy). What county do you find them in 1880? Son Albert E.(39) married Miss Iva Hackworth (20)of Lake City Craighead County, Arkansas 30th day December 1918.

I know nothing more about Clark & Cecelia Pruett, a common surname.

Do you have newspaper reports from this period in MO and/or Arkansas?

Apparently Ancestry.com has decided nobody can write other people unless they buy a subscription. It gets worse all the time. Where is all the family files we uploaded thinking we were sharing with other people? They seem to have disappeared.
