Ferol E. Manley, 86, died Saturday at her Napa residence.
Mrs. Manley was born in Coria, Wis., on April 25, 1906, to Edward and Theresa Farley.
She moved to Olympia, Wash., where she married Edward Manley in 1929. Mr. Manley passed away in 1943.
Mrs. Manley came to Napa in July of l958 from Tacoma, Wash., and worked at Napa Savings and Loan as a bookkeeper for 14 years.
She was a member of the YLI Branch No. 26 and St. John's Catholic Church.
Mrs. Manley volunteered her time atg Queen of the Valley Hospital, was active at the Senior Center, and she enjoyed musci raing and visiting with friends and family.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Huntington of Tacoma, Wash., and JoAnn Brooks of Albuquerque, N.M; three sisters, Ileen Massey and Kathleen Franco, both of Napa and Val McCutchen of Lakeport; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends ae invited to attend a Catholic prayer service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Claffey and Rota Funeral Home, 1975 Main St., with Father Tim O'Sullivan of St. John's Catholic Church officiating. Inurnment will be at Tulocay Cemetery. Recitation of the rosary and a YLI service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Visitation at the funeral home will begin at noon on Tuesday.
