I have a paternal ancestor, namely Florencio Barreiro Moscos who was from A Coruna and arrived in New York, Sept 5 1911, he was born about 1895. His mother was Manuela Moscos. He married a woman named "Flower" Miron, also from Spain and had at least 3 sons:
Joseph Barreiro Miron 1915, Manuel F Barreiro Miron 1917, and Frank D Barreiro Miron 1918
Frank had at least 1 son Frank D Barreiro Jr born in 1946 Frank Jr. is my biological father. He and my mother were not married and I was born in 1964 and immedietley adopted by my mothers brother and his wife (mother was young). I've only recently learned of the paternal link to Florencio and would like to learn more about him and his family. Any help appreciated.

Robert, I may be the Frank your are looking for. Please give me your biological mothers name and city she is from. If you don't answer my questions this may be my last reply.

My biological mothers name is Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Jones and she was born and raised in Denver. I'm Mark by the way and if I wasn't the one you were responding to, please ignore my post. Thanks
|
Ancestry.com, I had Robert Barriero inquire about about a Barreiro family. My response came back from a man in Denver with a last name of Jones. Have you contacted the right person? Thanks, Frank.

Actually Frank , you replied to my (Mark's) comment. Robert's post is the one above mine, which is why they sent me the message instead. However, Robert wasn't the one seeking a Frank Barreiro, I was, the Frank I'm seeking was in the Air Force stationed in Denver in 1963-64. If your not the one I'm seeking, no big deal. But you may want to respond directly to Robert's post. Then he'll get it. Have a great day.

Mark, I'm not the same Frank you knew in Mile High. Frank.

Robert Barriero, All the names are almost right and most of the info is correct. But someone has steered you up the wrong ancestry tree. If you are looking for your real father, please ask your mother or adoptive parents again and this time ask them to tell you the real truth. I had one steady girlfriend in high school and she had no brothers or sisters. Robert someone lied to you, and I'm sorry I couldn't help you. Frank Barreiro.

Robert Barriero I'm still waiting for your reply on your ancestry. Frank Barreiro.

Still waiting for your reply Robert. It's been almost 2 years since you wrote that you were related to me. I asked for a reply and got none. That's how I know that your little story you told was bull. Find someone else to tell your bull to. Frank
