I am looking for anyone who knows the faders from NY. I am related to Charles and Mary Fader who ended up in Staten island and raised 3 children Charles, Edward, and Eliza. Charles ran a cigar shop , Ed I think worked in a stable and Lizzie was my gggrandmother. Edward married it doesnt seem charles did. I have some info but am still looking for where Charles and Mary are buried just started researching again. I know lizzie (Kline) died in 1915 and is buried with her husband John Kline in Moravian Cmtry (SI). If anyone knows if they are related please email me at toni1463@aol.com

Although my grandfather arrived in New York in 1898 I believe it is a different branch of the Fader Family. However, if Charles ran a cigar shop, he could be related to Faders in Baltimore. The Fader Cigar & Tobacco shop operated in Baltimore since the turn of the century. In fact only a few years ago the family sold-out. It was a well known in that business.
