I'm trying to do a one name study on this and its variations. Especially from the Roscommon, Longford and Cork areas.

I too am trying to do some research but I was told the spelling for my family member (greatgreatgrandmother) was Feehely.
Bridget Feehely m. Conor Keigher (b. 1842) They lived in Kilcooley Parish, Co. Roscommon and I've found them (only her first name listed so no spelling of last name) on the 1901 Leitrim-Roscommon Census.

If you have any information on the family name, this area I would be very interested. I have fair amount on the Keigher side.
Thanks,
Melissa
