Surnames: Chiles, Childs, Mincey
Trying to locate graves of Jane or Jinny Chiles, Joel Chiles and Mina Mincey Chiles.Suspect they moved to Sandy Marsh area with John Tillman Child(e)s around the 1850's.
Had some relatives around Leicester. If anyone has information on this family I would appreciate hearing from you. Olan Chiles

I am also looking for a Joel N.Childs. The one I am intrested in
was born around 1805. I'm not sure where. My Joel starts in Ga. but my family came from the Carolina's.

John Tilman is my 3rd great grandfather and he is buried in Emory Gap Cememtary in Harriman, TN. He was born in South Carolina and the last name was changed to Childs when he moved to North Carolina. Jane Chiles was his mother, and Joel and Mina was her parents, as far as I know, they are all buried in South Carolina.
