Surnames: Meyer, Stephens, Stevens, Steffance
My great-grandfather Franke (listed as Frank) Meyer is listed in the 1910 Census as an inmate at a Industrial School. I then find his WWI draft card in 1918 being in Michigan listing nearest living relative as his mother at his house address. Think I found him in 1900 census but am not 100% sure. I am trying to put the pieces together about why he ended up in the school and connection to going to Michigan below is the info I know for sure about my Great Grandfather.

Franke John Meyer 2 Aug 1899-25 Feb 1960
Married: Dorothy Marie Schroder 14 Jul 1923
Parents: Minnie(Wilhelmeina)(Steffance sp?) Born St. Louis, MO
John Meyer Born Louisiana (died before 1906)
Siblings: brother Arthur and George Meyer (born 1902 and 1906) find no records of the brothers
