I have found the following entries in the 1900 GA Census
Bullock County
William Hollingsworth born 6/1850
Mary 4/1860
Winnie 3/1879
George 7/1880
Jasper 8/1882
Lizzie 5/1892
Eva 3/1894
Thomas 4/1897
Those dates make me think that Mary is a second wife and not the mother of Winnie, George, and Jasper.

Screven County
Herace Hollingsworth born 8/1874
Lizzie 4/1877
Floy 2/1893
Dahlia 5/1897
Do either of these entries relate to your family?

If you live in GA, probably any large library has the Census records for GA.
If you don't live in GA, your best bet would be to go to the closest Mormon Family History Center, and order the microfilm from Salt Lake City. As I recall, it only costs $3.25.
I think that the William Hollingsworth I mentioned may be a dead end; I found a Wilmer Hollingsworth in the 1880 Census for Bullock County with a wife Mary, a daughter Winnie but no sons.
