Whenever I try to open the world connect by clicking on the name, I get the same screen every time telling me that number does not exist or has not been configured. This is true of everyone I have tried to access in the past few days. Does anyone know what is wrong? It has always worked before.

Oops...sorry for the preceding message. I just found the answer in the help category. When all else fails, I should try inquiring through help! Duh!

Although the search function works (you can click on the link to the database and access it) the ability to upload your database to worldconnect does not work. I tried this a number of times on Sunday. You get the following message: This database is currently being updated. It should be back online in a few minutes. Please wait for the screen to refresh with the updated information. It has been over 30 minutes since the last time (5:30 a.m. EST) that I tried to upload the database.

Probably working on a bunch of backlogged stuff- give it a day to settle down and then try again.

I've been having similar issues the past few days.

Several things have been occuring sporadically when searching family trees:

"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/

If I am able to run a search, then individual names:
"Database -- doesn't exist or has not been configured"

I'm not certain this will post, but here goes.

It's not fixed and my tree is in limbo!

The server has been having some hardware problems. All you have to do to fix the issue is reupload the file.

Should be able to reupload the file and have it processed.
