My g-g-g-g-gf was PETER NEAL born 1800 in VA, married a HILDA, had 8 kids.
Later migrated to BARBOUR Co., Alabama : Louisville, Midway, Mt. Andrew.
Have "HUGE" gedcom and would like to exchange info.
Over 1000 family names entered !!!!!

My grandfather was Charlie Neal. He lived in Glascock County, George on the Hart Plantation. According to my aunt, his name prior to his adoption by Cicero Neal was Demmonds. I am looking for any leads that may help me find more information about him. I am tracking Cicero Neal and Gib Harris Neal.

Iam a decendant of Raymond Stott of Pittsburgh Pa. His father Joseph F. was born in Zanesville Ohio.lived in cleveland ohio and I believe died in Indianopolis Ind. We are Af-Am. I know of a Neal family(William Neal ) here in pittsburgh. with DC/Va. family ties. Id like to inquire of my local af-am genealogy society to help you.

Thanks for writing. I had an uncle John Stotts who lived in Pa. I am told we have cousins who currently reside in Pittsburg and Connecticut.
My gggggrand parents were Joseph Neal married Ella Simpson in Virginia 1870. On the marriage license his parents were William and Milly? Neal. The writing is a little scratchy.
I am currently in Ohio. This is very interesting. I'd like to learn more.

My great grand father was from Alabama. His name was David.As far as I know he had three brothers and three sisters. There is some family in Georgia,Philadelphia and D.C. He last lived in Baker County, GA and there is where he died. Names connected to us are Dykes, Jackson,Polk and Wallace
