I married a descendent of Martin Heisler died May 14, 1917. The city of Hiesler is supposed to be named after his homestead. His daughter Josphine Hulia Heisler married a Peter Brick born dec 18, 1871 and died June 24, 1927 in Heisler. Their Daughter Irene Mary Brick born Jan 14, 1901 was the husbands grandmother. I am looking for the origins of the Brick Family. I have Nicholas Heisler (Martins father) being born in French Bavaria in 1805. I have an Adam and Barbara Brick as parents of Peter Brick. My mother in law Josephine Julia Froehler Dillard left us alot of information but we would like contact with any relatives still living in the Heisler area.
