I have a ancestor in my family tree named John Anton Boll (b.3/26/1818 Oldenburg, Germany) married Elizabeth Voelker 1843. Their children were Gabriel (b.1848), Anna Clara (b. 1852 my great-great-grandmother), Jacob, Ottilia (who married John Fleming), Valentine, and Rosa. Yes this matches. But Othelia married John Flammang. The spelling is correct because she was my Great Great Grandmother. Her Daughter Anna Flammang married George William Benc. My Grandfather was Carl Homer Benc he was Married to Odessa Johnson in 1935. My mother is a product of that marriage. I just came upon your entries today and a few of them look like they may connect. As
typing is one of my lesser skills, I will make one message and send it to all.
My GGGrandparents, Georg Josef BOLL and Genofeva ACKERMANN emigrated to the
USA in 1852, landing at New York on 10 July 1852 with the ship Lancashire
from Havre. They took up farming at Russell WI. I believe that they were both born in
Obernburg am Main, he on 19 March 1821 and she on 2 February 1820. I have been
unable to confirm that this was, indeed, their birthplace. They were Catholic. Georg was
a brother of John Anton BOLL. I have several details of Anton’s family including that he
was born in Oldenburg. I reckon that this is a misprint and should read Obernburg. The
time and place of birth of Barbara BOLL would lead one to believe that she may also
have been a sibling. According to the details I have on Anton, his parents were Andreas
and Maria (nee FISCHER) BOLL. I look forward to any ”relative” information you may

Hello, my name is Mitsy Boll Rahaman. I am a descendant for Anton Boll (b-8/21/1775, d-12/21/1837) from Hauser, Germany who married Crescentia Neher (b-5/19/1786, d-12/28/1837)They had 14 children of which my GGGGF Franz Xavier Boll was born 3/21/1824. Anton also had a wife before Crescentia named Magdalena Lehle (b- 12/1778 , d- 1/2/1808). Franz Xavier came to the US around 1850's.He married Valentine Strobel (b-1/26/1876, d-1878) on 8/3/1852 in St Mary's Church, Lawrence County, Ohio USA. They had 7 children, which John Baptist Boll was my GGGF he married Josephine Myers in Ironton, Ohio 8/5/1873, they had 7 children, one of them, GGF Frank Boll married Jessie Slusher and they had 5 children. Which my Grandmother Josephine Boll was one of the 5 born to them in Huntington W.Va in 1912. My father Charles Boll was her 1st child. Born out of wedlock from Charles Carlis. She later married Leonard Mollett, and they had 2 sons. This about it that I know of Boll History...Do we cross anywhere?? Do you know of any other Boll relatives that might cross?

Mitsy Boll Rahaman, I believe that we may have had a connection but probably in Germany in the 1700s. Our tree starts off with Andreas Boll and Alana Maria Fischer who had two sons born in Obernburg Bavaria; John Anton born 3/26/1818 and died 12/26/1907 in St. Ann, Wisconsin and George Joseph born 3/19/1821 and died 1/4/1888 in Chilton, Wisconsin. John Anton married Elizabeth Voelker also of Obernberg and who died in 1872 also in St Ann, Wisconsin. George Joseph married Genofeva Ackermann of Obernburg and who died in 1892 in Chilton, Wisconsin.
We have a pretty good handle on the descendants of John Anton and George Joseph, none of which appear to be connected with your Bolls.
