Looking for info on the Wilczynski children. Adam mar. Violet Polujan-Heibert lived in Pa. and Ind. Adam raised my father, Alfred Heibert and they had 3 other children, Maryann, Irene & Donald,
Alfred Wilczynski mar. "Duchy" her first name could possibly be Sophie, they moved from Pa. to New Castle, Del. and had a girl and boy born several years apart.
Henry and Joseph, one live in Ind. or Ill. the other lived in Fla. There may also have been a sister. Their mother died when they were young and their aunt, Helen Kucharski raised them, she owned an apartment building in Ambridge, Pa. at the time of her death. Would like to know the names of their parents and where they were born. Adam is the only one still living and he has had a stroke and is not expected to live. Please contact me if any of this sounds familiar. Thank you.

Hello, I can assist a little. Joseph is my biological grandfather. He married Bernadene Radtke on June 6, 1944 in Tacoma Wa. He was stationed at Ft. Lewis WA at the time they met. He was in KS when he was forced to come back and marry her due to pregnancy. They had 2 daughters, Joanne and Esther and were divorced in January of 48. Let me know if you want any more info, I have a bit more.

Al's wife "Dutchie" is named Sophia Antoinette Witkowski (Maiden name). Al and Dutchie had son William Alfred in 1952(?) and daughter, Sharon Marie in 1964. Son Joseph died 11 hours after birth on December 11,1964 of reversed heart valves. Al shares the same grave in PA as his baby son Joseph.

Al, Joe and Henry were the borne of Adolf Wilczynski second marriage to Anastasia (Ester) Bartnikowski, sister of Helen Kucharski. Helen would eventually raise all five boys. Adolf was married four times per Henry - first marraige bore Adam and Stanley- the latter died at age 45 of appendicitis. Adolf's third marriage was to an uderage neighbor daughter. The girl's family quickly annulled the marraige. I am unaware of any information about the fourth wife, but I do know that Adolf had only one arm, although the pictures I have show him with two. I would love to learn how he lost it. How did Anastasia die? Who were her parents and when did they all come from Poland. I believe that Anastasia also had a sister name Pearl Kucharski. There is also a possibility that Adolf had fathered twin girls by his first marriage to "J"(?) (One named Emily) that died of consumption during the great flu epidemic.

Father of the Wilczynski boys was Adolf, he was married 4 times, 1st to "J" (name unknown) they had sons Stanley & Adam & twin girls. "J" & twin girls died of consumption. Adolf then married Anastasia Bartnikowski (spelling?)AKA Ester, they had Joseph, Henry & Alfred Stanley, Esther died shorly after Alfred's birth, family story is that she bled to death. The 5 boys were raised by Esther's sister & brother-in-law, Helen & Joseph Kucharski. The names of Adolf's last 2 wives are not known. Stanley & Alfred both died young, Stanley in 1945 & Alfred in 1966, I have found the obit for Alfred in the Beaver County Times, but have not been able to find one for Stanley, they do not have a complete year archived.

I am hoping someone would be able to locate the obit. I do not have the death date only the year. He was married to Bernice Kilian & had 2 daughters, Nancy & Jeanne.
