correction, Richard H. Randall was not a C.W. veteran. His father, George H. Randall was the veteran who came from Braintree and died CA

Richard H. Randall was twice married. First to Beatrice Eldridge at Boston and second to Ethel Fuller at Lawrence. They had a son, Richard Eldridge Randall who is probably deceased now.

My Grandfather Roger Alfred Arthur Randall Sr. was born in Sommerville, Mass in the late 1800s. My dad was Same name but the 2nd. My dad had two brothers, everard and francis. Both deceased. In fact I'm the only male left, maybe the last Randall left. I was hoping to find out anything I could about anyone who may have been a part of my family tree. If you could help me in any way, it would be greatly appreciated,
Thank You

I'm afraid I am unable to make a connection to Somerville Randall family and the Randall family of Braintree. I know the Braintree line were established there during most of the 1800's. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Thank You

Hello Roger,

I read your mail on Ancestry with interest. Like you I am a last son. I am writing to invite you to join The Last Son Society a new group that I have started on Facebook.

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=180403632280

Please take a look. We only started this week, but already over a dozen males in the same boat as us have joined.

Best regards,
