CZANGAGEL I NEED HELP !!

Does anyone recognise this Surname ? I am trying to trace my grandmother's family. Her name was Gisela Simon and she was born in Vienna in 1897.On her birth certificate is the name Georg Czangagel.born in 1809 in Ribitz.

I would be surprised if the CZANGAGEL surname were not Hungarian. Vienna at the time was the capitol of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
