My Great-Grandmother was Mary Florence Garwood.

I know little about her except that she married John Fran Ford. Also that they had some children, including my Grandmother, Gladys Edith Ford who was born in South Harrow in 1918.

So far I have been unable to locate any information on her. Any information or a point in the right direction would be much appreciated!

from the 1911 census, May Florence age 16 occupation laundress is living at 11 Sheringham Rd, Islington. Head of house is stepfather William BLUNSDEN age 40
wife Elizabeth 42, other GARWOOD children Joseph Henry 13, Elizabeth Annie 10 and Wm Frederick BLUNSDEN age 4.

From Freebmd, Marriage of Wm BLUNSDEN to Elizabeth GARWOOD registered Islington 1904. Look at Islington deaths and you will see Joseph GARWOOD age 31 died in 1900.

I do not have a William Garwood (1818 - 1871) in my family tree but that doesn't mean that he is not related.

I have only really just started to look at my Garwood ancestry, so whilst William is not a direct relative, he may still be related and I just have discovered it yet.
