Where would I find marriage and baptism records from St. John's church in Tralee. Should I go directly to the pastor, or get them from the registry in Dublin?

Thanks, I have just been to the sightand did not find my grandmother but I did find the rest of her sibs. Also her parents marriage announcement. It states that her father was born in Cork, which answers a lot of questions. I will be writing to the church that married them and see if she was baptised there before they moved to Tralee.
