Thank you for the list of Wood's in your family. Names sound familiar, but I'm not recognizing any of the people i've heard about. I still need to compare it to our list, but thank you.

In all your searching, would you possibly have come up with anything on JOSEPH A. WOOD, married Joan E. Baldwin on july 18,1888, Nevada, Missouri, Vernon County. y grandfather was born in Nevada, on 12-30-1900. He had a brother, Vernon, who was born across the line, in Ft. Scott, Kansas. Also sisters that I know of were Lula, Bessie and Jennie Wood. Joseph seems to have disappeared somewhere along the line. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been seaarching for Joseph for 21 years, and about ready to write him off as a figment of my grandfathers imagination!

Thank You for any help at all,
Mary

Surnames: Wood, Henry, Hersman
Cheryl, I have some Wood family members about whom I know nothing. My great grandmother was Martha Ann Wood, her father was James Wood and he married Mary M. Hersman. My ggrandmother had a daughter (my grandmother) in Cinnicinati, Iowa (not Ohio) so I know that she was there after her marriage to a Henry.

Hello, I am related to all of these people. Allie May Wood Hill
was my paternal grandmother. I have about the same information as you have here, except for one thing.
Cizzie Crain or Crane: I have been to Rogersville, Mo,and all over Webster County, and cannot find any trace of her or her ever being buried there anywhere, and no trace of "Kelley Chappel Cememtery either. If you have any idea where exactly this Cemetery or any documents supporting this, would love to have the information for my records and to go visit my grandmother's grave site. Also do you know if our grandfather Wood buried at same place? I do have a photo of them I believe if I can find it. I recently moved and not totally unpacked yet but will look for it if you are interested in it.

INTERESTING ISN'T IT. CHERYL IS MY COUSIN ON MY MOTHERS SIDE. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ANY INFORMATION LINKING KASARSA (CIZZIE) CRANE TO HER FAMILY. WE HAD INFORMATION THAT SHE WAS BURIED IN MO. BUT THAT MAY HAVE BEEN FALSO IF YOU CAN NOT FIND HER GRAVE THERE. I WAS SO HOPING TO BE ABLE TO ADD MORE ON TO THAT LINE. SHE IS JUST LOST AND CAN NOT BE FOUND.
DID YOU THINK SHE WAS ALSO CHEROKEE..
IF YOU FIND ANY INFORMATION COULD YOU PLEASE FORWARD IT ON THE ME. I WOULD BE EXCITED TO FIND HER.
