Stagel and Mleziva are both Bohemian (Czech) names. Kewaunee county was indeed a Bohemian settlement. If you check the Family Search.org web page there is a 1930 census

While George A. Stangel was born in Wisconsin, he was living in Oregon by at least 1920. His son George was also living in Clackamas, OR at this time with his spouce and son Lewis.
