McDaid/Conaghan

Surnames: McDaid
My grandmother was Isabel McDaid, daughter of John McDaid, a cattle dealer, and Margaret Conaghan or Rosville Street, Derry. She had 10 siblings - John, Patrick, Edward,Bernard, Sarah, Margaret Josephine, Mary, Leo, Margaret Mary and an Isabella. I'm confused why there are 2 Margarets and 2 Isabella/Isabels, but guess the first ones died. If anyone has any info on this family I would be most grateful to hear it.

I realize this an old post, but I just saw it. If this is the same Bernard McDaid that I have, he was born in 1855 or 6; his death certificate (1901) says he was born in New York, but there is a Bernard McDaid, age 14, in a passenger list from Great Britain in 1870 that is on Ancestry. He is travelling with Patrick McDaid, age 16.
