If you could attach a screen shot with more of the page showing - so we can compare letters in other words and get a better feel for the handwriting. It looks like it starts with an M or an N but in comparing to the list of counties in the UK none of them quite fit.

It starts with Co, short for County, which seems to indicate it's more probably an Irish county - but a larger screen shot would be helpful.

My best guess would be an abbreviation of Co Monaghan in Ireland. Looks like it says Co Mon and then just trails off.

I think Co Monaghan is best guess too, The name is marked with a "X" which usually indicates they can't write, so whoever wrote it for them probably didn't know how to spell it and was coping with the Irish accent too. Not sure what you are going to key for this - good luck!!
