Were the "potato Germans" Jewish?

Surnames: Jung, Frank, Besser, Zuber
My Danish grandmother told my mother that she had Jewish ancestors, so I have been trying to find out if it is true. Tracing back through her maternal line, I have found that her ancestors were among the German potato farmers who emigrated to Denmark in the mid 1700s. Among the surnames in the maternal line are Jung, Frank, Besser and Zuber. I believe they are from the Baden-Wuerttemberg area of Germany. Am I barking up the wrong "branch"?
