I have Nancy Ann PERRY, b. 8 Apr 1748 in Queen Ann's Parish in Prince Georges Co. MD, md. James THOMPSON on 16 Mar 1768 and d. 28 Jan 1818 in Bracken Co. KY. I have her parents as Edward and Elizabeth, but I'm not sure that's right. Is anyone researching the PERRY or THOMPSON family in Prince Georges Co.?

I have a Josiah S. Thompson born1849 in Maryland, parent's born Maryland.
Josiah was next found on the 1870 census Front Royal area of Warren County, Virginia With his wife Sarah (salley) born 1941 in VA. Parent's born VA.
Children;
Thomas J. Thompson born 1867 in VA.
Minnnie S. Thompson born 1873 in VA.

We are also related to the Forsyth family of Virginia nad Maryland.
I have traced the Forsyth and Vermillion famlies from Front Royal area of Virginia back to Prince George County, MD.

On a map from the Civil Wara era that shows the Warren county area family farms the Forsyth, Vermilion and ridgeway family farms were close togeather .

Do you have any information on the Vermillions that moved to Virginia. I'm looking for More information on Reuben Vermillion and his parents Uriah and Susanna Barker Vermillion. Hi Michael,

I have no futher information on the Vermillions. I was told by another Vermillion researcher who had ties with the Vermillions who lived in Warren County, Virginia that there Vermillions migrated to Virginia from Maryland and that I might also find my Thompson line there which I did only they were in Baltimore.

I did find your Ruben Vermillion and his pedegree that went back to 1659 in Maryland at the www.familysearch.org site.

Joseph Savier Thompson was born 1838 Baltimore, Maryland.
Father: George M. Thompson born about 1805-15 MD.
Wife; Laura Virginia Savier: born 1815 Norfolk, Virginia.
Married 1831 to George M. Thompson in Norfolk, VA.
George M. Thompson owned a lumber yard in 1830s Baltimore. George vanishes about 1840. 6 years later 1846 Laura V. (Savier) Thompson married Dr. Edward Baker in Baltimore.
