This ia craved on a tombstone. Can anyone translate it for me. Its a date. that I believe. V roco 1855
Its either Bohemian or Russian. Please Help.

It is very close to the Czech language (v roce 1855), which tranlates to "in the year 1855". Is it possible that roco is actually roce? It's hard to tell from the picture. 23 brezna 1925 would be "March 23, 1925". I wish I could read the inscription at the bottom. I'm sure you were hoping for a birth month, but I'm afraid it isn't on this stone. Hope this helps in some way!

def Czech i tried to google translate it and it recognized the way it spelled march as czech.. too bad it wasnt more legible it would be so much easier to transfer into a translator program.. What exactly were you hoping to get out of the translation?

I was hoping for a day. month, and year. the stone was very bad. took several pictures but this was the best. thaks for the help.
