This looks like the man in the 1900 census of that shows he was born in Maine in April 1852, Sarrah E. born Ohio Nov 1849, four sons (Ralph, Ray, Chester, James) born ID, OR, and WA. Does this look like the family?

After "census of..." should be "Siwash, Okanogan County, Washington.
