Surnames: Fleming
I am searching for a baby that was born to a Ruth Lavina Fleming in the late 1940s or early 1950s and was given up for adoption. We are not certain where the birth or adoption took place, but was told possibly in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, or even Arkansas. Please contact me if this could be you or someone you know. Thank you.

I wish I could say we had a match but Ruth Lavina Fleming would have been too young, but she did have older sisters. Do you have any other information?

Oregon adoption records are open and your mother can write to them with her current name and no. of birth certificate and obtain a copy of her original birth certificate.
