I checked my copy of the Prairie Farmers home an dCounty Directory of Waukesha County for 1928 and there were no Lovell's, or Tolsteads. A couple of Hanson's, but none with a daughter Agness. Sorry

I need help with my family. My great grandfather Clinton Lovell,Sr. Born June 4, 1861 and died May 27,1928 in Galesville, WI. His parents were Abijah and Ruth Lovell formerly of Maine. They had two other children A.J. Lovell born 1850 in Maine, and Eva Lovell born 1860 in Wisconsin.

Clinton Lovell, Sr and wife Nancy Mae had 7 kids: Ellery, Alonzo,Clinton Jr(my grandfather), Walter, Archie, Frank and Sylvia.

My grandfather married Agnes Hanson on April 20, 1916 and had one son Gerald Wayne Lovell, born March 9, 1932 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. They lived in the Waukesha and Holman area, until my Dad was about 14 and moved to Spokane, WA.

In my previous posting, I forgot to add my grandmother was Agnes Hanson and her siblings were Wally Tolstead, Ansel Tolstead, Manley Tolstead, Emma Hanson, Hilmer Hanson, and Hazel Hanson.

Hello my name is Dale Tolstead and my grandfather was Marvin Benjamin Tolstead Sr. and his father Martin Tolstead (Johnsen)came from Norway and came to the US around the 1860's and married Emma Hegna. It is believed that they married and settled in the Adams County area in Wisconsin. Wonder if you are connected : )

Well, Alonzo Lovell is my GrGrandfather, His Daughter, Sylvia married Elmer Hagen, They had Sharon Rae, who married Harold Frank Jr. My Mom an Dad. Just wanted to share that. GOOD luck with your search
