West Yorkshire Quarter Sessions

West Yorkshire Quarter Sessions

I have two questions:

Residence Place. When there is an order for removal of someone from one place to another, could it be assumed that the place they are being removed to is their Residence Place?

Date. I have several images that seem to be a record of payments. Each page has the same location and date at the top, but there are subheadings throughout the text with different locations and dates (see attachment) Which date should be used?

I have been taking it that the place they are being removed from is their Residence Place, because they are living there until they are removed, and they may never have even been to the place they are to be removed to, plus we don't know if the removal actually took place, so we don't know if they did ever get there.

Don't know about the date, sorry.

That makes sense, thanks Kate.

Anyone know about the date?
