Roy, I am also a Creech descendant (my grandmother was Eula Creech of Johnston Co. NC). There is a book in the Johnston County Library's Genealogy Room title "The Creech Family" by James M. Creech. It contains lots of info on the Creech family including Benjamin & his wife Mary. Let me know if you have additional questions.

Searching for ancestors, siblings, descendants and other information regarding Benjamin Creech, Sr. and Mary Lewis. They were married in 1746 in old Johnston Co., NC. Benjamin moved from Nansemond Co., VA to old Johnston Co., NC in 1746. Any assistance or information will be appreciated.

I have Benjamin as the son of Richard Creech, Jr. and Mary
Etheridge. I have Mary Lewis as the daughter of Thomas Lewis
and Rebecca Thomas. Benjamin's children were, so far as I can
find: Joshua b. 1754, Richard b. 1746, Mary b. 1748,
Simon b. 1749, Rebecca b. 1750, Benjamin Jr. b. abt. 1751,
John b. 1757, Ezekiel b. 1755, Lewis b. 1759.
I have more info on the descendants from Joshua and a few
of Benjamin's other children.

Joshua CREECH married Elizabeth WORLEY in Johnston County. I am interested in Elizabeth's family, I assume to be William WORLEY and Mariah ?.

I am trying to find out the names of the parents of William Hughs
I am also trying to find out when and if he married Nancy A. Worley.

I would like the names of all the >12-14 siblings. I only have Charley, George E., Levi J. on my list so far.
