Citing family surname book

Citing family surname book

I have a copy of a family history created by a distant cousin. How do I cite it as a source in RM? I've tried to find a thread to help me but I may just be wording it wrong in the search. It's not really a published book (that I know of). He printed and sold multiple copies to family members. Any help is appreciated.

In RM 5, I would use the template for "Book, General (Author(s) known)" and fill in the applicable blanks. For the publishing information, I'd just use "Self-published" (it was "published" in a manner of speaking).

Thank you so much!! I thought about using that same template but wasn't sure.
