My ggrandmother was Rebecca Ellis Cline b.abt 1855 in IA. Her parents are listed in the Fayette Co., Illyrid twsp at rootsweb as Petter Cline and Elizabeth. Wm, Elizabeth, Amos, and Rebecca are listed with them. There were also other Cline families listed Jacob & Sarah; Conrad & Caroline; Robt & Prudence S.; and Henry & Isabella. There are no Cline families listed in 1870 in this twsp or in Fayette Co. My Petter/Peter came to Wisconsin Dunn Co., Eau Galle twsp by 1870, but only Peter, Jacob A, Rebecca, and John are listed with him. Does anyone know what happened to Elizabeth. I believe that Jacob A is the Amos listed in the 1860 census in Iowa and that John was born in 1864. They must have moved after 1864. I'm trying to find the surname of Elizabeth?
