The finding aids and indexes (not online) of the Alberta Genealogical Society lists these three;

Amanda Joy VOGELAAR, died 15 May 1991 and
Katrina Rallee VOGELAAR, die 15 May 1991 and are both buried in the Strathmore Cemetery.

Baby VOGELAAR, died 8 Sep 1956 and is burried in the Mauntain View Cemetery at Lethbridge.

Vogelaar is a Dutch name.
The familie came in the Netherlands during the time of the burning of protestant people in France.

So the Vogelaars are protestant.

Withe friendly regards

I saw your posting on the internet asking about the Vogelaar name.
I am a Vogelaar that immigrated to Canada in 1951 from Dordrecht in the Netherlands.
My father is Henry Vogelaar who was born in 1909 in Dubbeldam, the Netherlands and died in Edmonton, Alberta in 1994.
My mother is Lambertje Vogelaar (nee Oosterom) born in Zwammerdam, the Netherlands in 1914 and is still living.
The religion of the family in Edmonton and in southern Alberta too, probably, is Christian Reformed.
We are related to Vogelaars who immigrated to Iron Springs, Alberta in, I believe, 1949. The family subsequently moved to Pincher Creek. Some of the sons of that family were Leonard, John, Jake, Adrian and a girl but I forget her name.
If this info is useful to you, please reply and I shall try to find further info for you.
