Hello, I am not related. I found some information that leads me to this theory. Of course you would want to find proof with BMD records & obits if possible.

As you stated, Margaret (born 1922) Holewinski's parents were Walter Holewinski & Antoinette Wozniak.

Walter's Polish name would be Wladislaus. Walter being the English form. Holewinski at one time had a "C" in front of the name...Cholewinski. Also, in the census records, Walter uses the name Albert, for some reason, but I feel confident it is him with Antoinette & their children, and his father Andrew, & stepmother Victoria.

Going backwards from 1930.....

1930 United States Federal Census

Lucia Cholewinsk 6 daughter
Agnes Cholewinsk 4[4 6/12] daughter
Adolf Cholewinsk 0[9/12] son
Andrew Cholewinsk 73 father
Viktoria Cholewinsk 73 stepmother
----------
Walter was married once before he married Antoinette, and seemed to have a daughter Helen with 1st wife. Notice here that this is Walter's (ALbert) 2nd marriage, married 0 years, and Antoinette's 1st marriage, married 0 years, 0 children/0 living. So, Walter & Antoinette married in 1909/1910. I would think there is a marriage record for them in Shawano County. Walter being named Walter, Albert, or Wladislaus/Ladislaus Holewinski/Cholewinski.

Andrew was still living during the 1930 census, age 83. I would think he has a death record, and possibly an obit in Shawano county.

I am able to provide information about your great grandmother Antonina (Antoinette) Wozniak. I am related by blood to her and have traced my Wozniak ancestors and relatives back to the mid 1700s in Poland.
Antonina was born in Chicago, Illinois on 1/12/1892 and married your great grandfather on 4/1/1910 in LaPorte County, Indiana.
Her parents were Jan Kazimierz (John Casimir) Wozniak who was born on 12/21/1867 in Katynka, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland (Katynka is no longer a recognized village in Poland.) and Frances (Franciszka) Kubiak who was born in Poland on 2/12/1869. They were married on 11/16/1887 at Immaculate Conception Church (2944 East 88th Street, Chicago). Jan Kazimierz died on 12/4/1919 and was buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Chesterton, Indiana. Frances died on 1/29/1942 in Chicago and was also buried in Chesterton.
Jan Kazimierz's parents were Stanislaw Wozniak who was born on 4/13/1840 in Krolikowo, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland and died on 4/2/1911 in Porter County Indiana and was buried in St. Mary's Parish Cemetery in Otis, Indiana. He married Michalina Matuszak in 1865 in Szaradowo, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland. She was born in about 1845 and died in Porter County Indiana on 6/27/1888 and was buried in Otis, Indiana. Stanislaw and Michalina arrived in America at the Port of New York with their 4 oldest children on 12/21/1872 aboard the sailing ship Doctor Barth. They settled in Pine Township, Porter County Indiana where they farmed.
Stanislaw's parents were Andrzej Wozniak who was born on 4/28/1813 in Krolikowo, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland and Maryanna Rossa who was born on 12/24/1817 in Smarzykowo, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland. They were married on 11/18/1839 in the Church of St. Vitus (sw. Wita) in Slupy, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland. Andrzej died on 10/19/1857 in Krolikowo, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland and was buried in the Catholic Cemetery in Slupy. Maryanna married a second time and died on 4/13/1915 in Krolikowo and was also buried in the Catholic Cemetery in Slupy.
Andrzej's parents were Michal Wozniak and Malgorzata Dabrowianka who are also my third great grandparents. Michal was born on 9/10/1769 in Krolikowo and Malgorzata was born on 5/26/1776 in Krolikowo. They were married on 11/11/1806 in the parish church in Slupy. Michal died on 11/22/1845 in Krolikowo and Malgorzata died there on 11/14/1833. They were both buried in the Cemetery in Slupy.
Michal's parents were Jakub and Ewa Wozniak. Jakub was born in about 1745 in Smarzykowo and died in the same village on 3/12/1805 and was buried in the parish cemetery in Slupy. He and Ewa were married on 10/25/1767 in the parish church in Slupy. Jakub's father was Wawrzyniec Wozniak and Ewa's father was named Antoni.
Malgorzata's father was Lukasz Dabrowiak and was born in Krolikowo in about 1744 and died in the same village on 10/11/1814. Her mother was Katarzyna Jancianka and she was born in Krolikowo in about 1745 and died in the same village on 10/25/1805. Lukasz and Katarzyna were married in the parish church in Slupy on 11/20/1768 and they were both buried in the parish cemetery in Slupy. Lukasz's parents were Jakub Dabrowiak and Barbara. Jakub was born in about 1720 in Krolikowo and died in the same village on 2/5/1769. Barbara was born in about 1721 in Krolikowo and died in the same village on 12/15/1777. They were both buried in the parish cemetery in Slupy.
All the information from Poland is taken from microfilms of the birth/baptism, marriage, and death/burial registers of the Roman Catholic Parish of Slupy, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Poland. Microfilmed records begin in the mid 1750s and continue to the Twentieth Century. Dates prior to the mid 1750s are calculated from information found in later entries.
Malgorzta's last name is given as Dabrowianka and her father's last name is Dabrowiak. Polish has masculine and feminine forms of surnames. Those ending in ski or cki are adjectives and the masculine form ends in i and and the feminine form in a. Other last names were treated differently. The masculine form often ends in a consonant and for what was a more pleasing sound in Polish an additional syllable was often added before the final consonant.
All of the various villages where these ancestors lived in Poland are rather small. Several villages are part on one parish, in this case the Roman Catholic Parish of Slupy.
I have copies of the source documents and additional information which I would be happy to share via email attachments. If interested, please contact me at dnowicki60@yahoo.com.
