London Poor Law Records - handwriting help!

Name is clear enough (John Pusey) but then it says "alias" and there is what looks like another name underneath - presumably the alias. I cannot quite make it out. Grateful for anybody else's opinion!

Also the parish is "St Botolph without" something - I know from Google that this could be "Bishopsgate" but as I cannot actually make out much more than the initial "B" on the document, should I indicate that with question marks? Or does it look like "Bishopsgate" to you? I know we're not supposed to infer information from outside sources!

Alias J Puson. The other bit looks like Bpgt.

Hi

This project we are not keying alias's so please remember not to key that.

The parish is "St Botolph without" and an abbreviation of Bishopsgate, if you keyed st Botolph without and left the abbreviation - as a revie
wer I'd not correct it......

I agree with Kate too, but there is no provision for entering alias names on this project.

I too agree with Kate (not for the first time!) about the Bishopsgate abbreviation.
I know we're not keying aliases on this project - I just wanted to make sure it WAS an alias and not the name of a separate person, but your combined input has confirmed my opinion that it is the same person.
Many thanks to all for your help on this.
