Searching for the family of Catherina Sinke/Sinke who immigrated to the U.S. Catherina/Katie was born in the Netherlands about 1885. I have found no record of her parents actually living in the USA. I do find their names listed on their childrens marriage record.

You do not list the parents names, the names of the children, the locqationn within the US, and if Catherine married...Best to provide what you have rather than one name .........

I am researding the daughter of Peter Sinke and Maria Pekaar Their daughter is Katherina Sinke and she went to the US-Ottawa County, City of Holland, State of Michigan. She was born in the Netherlands abt. 1885. In the US Katherina/Katie met and married Louis De Kraker who was born in the US in 1883. (Not to be confused with another Katherine Rot who also married a Louis De Kraker.)
I hope this is clearer now.

If you are sure Pieter Sinke ( also spelled Sijnke ) and Maria Pekaar are the parents then I think Catherina is actually Cornelia ( see my link )

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1971-30849-10008-25...

They tried their luck (in 1889 ) in Argentina and later they moved (Pieter in 1900 and his family in 1901) to the USA. See also Ellisisland.org

You stated you have no evidence that Catherine's parents crossed the pond...........Both are buried in Pilgrim Home Cemetery on Ottawa coumty.....
The birth dates for the parents are on cemetery records which provide you info for further searching in the Netherlands.
Katie De Kraker at the samecemetery and passed in 1952..
