I've located what is either a death notice or an obituary for Michael Francis McDonough in the Columbus Dispatch. I've requested a copy and will post it here when I receive it. I've also requested the obit for Patrick McDonough (1942). I found no obit for Catherine/Kate McDonough.

There are ten McDonough burials listed on Find A Grave buried in Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, New Straitsville, Perry County. Both Catherine and Michael Francis are on the list (no Hanora/Annie). http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GSiman...

I believe that Mount Calvary Cemetery is within the Catholic Diocese of Columbus. You can find out more about the cemetery records by contacting Rich Finn (see http://www.colsdioc.org/Offices/CatholicCemeteries.aspx ) The people in the diocese cemetery office have always been extremely helpful when we contact them whether in person, on the phone, or by Email. They can usually tell you if there are gravestones on the graves and if Annie is buried there they will have a record of the interment.

I was afraid that the only thing in the newspaper for Michael Francis McDonough was a death notice and I was right. It's attached below. There is also a brief obit for Patrick McDonough attached. I requested that one as a Patrick was mentioned in Annie's obit as her only surviving sibling.
