I’m not related to any member of this family.

Andrew does not appear on the SSDI.
He may have died prior to 1960. The SS system was just beginning to be computerized abt 1960.

Did he return to Sweden??
Did he take the family to Canada??

WHO did the daughter marry ???

Contact the Burton Historical Collection of the main Detroit Public Library and request a look up in the City of Detroit death index. You can email them at the following:

Also, check their online index to Wayne County deaths (excludes the city of Detroit). It is located under resources on their website. Read the key to the records first.

The Mormon Church in the process of indexing the Michigan county deaths from 1921-1951 or 1952. Hopefully they will be available sometime next year.

If he died in Dearborn, contact the Dearborn City Clerk's office and ask them to look at their index to deaths.
