Do you have a John Ischi who married a woman I think with last name Lewis who was a President of a Bank in Phil., Pa? I know so little, but a grandfather had this sister, the pres. of some bank, and his grandson Russell Brown Lewis, who was born in Phil., Pa lived with him with wife Marguerite Stark Flinn and daughter Marion Fulton Lewis.
I'm curious to see if you have connections.

I'm trying to find information about Susanah Ish/Isch who was the daughter of Christian Ish; born in 1802 near Harper's Ferry,
MD. I do not know her mother's name or Christian's parents. She married Lloyd Harn and eventually lived and died in Fulton County, IL and is buried at Oakhill Cemetery at Lewistown, IL. She was my gggrandmother. Thanks. Elizabeth.

My great grandmother was Ottilla Isch, born Sept.14,1880 possibly Stubenville,Ohio. She married Carl CHristian Krautter and they lived in Marion, Ohio before moving to Edinboro, Pa.in about 1908 or so. I am still trying to find Isch info and I just discovered this site. If you could please e-mail with info or I could give my address. E-mail is taraatvilla@cs.com.
Thank You

Annie B. Siemer, My husband's grandfather was Daniel McGinnis who came to McDonough County, Illinois from Ireland. His old auntie always claimed they were descended from the famous Bobbie Burns. Sorry that I have no information to help you with your ancestors. I send greetings from sunny Scottsdale, AZ. Elizabeth.
