Looking for info on Maria Anna Main Meyer, born somewhere in Germany 5-28-1850 and emmigrated to Forreston, Ogle County, IL in 1868.

I'm sorry, but the Maria that I have was born in 1900. She was born with the surname of Schnerr and married a Meyer.

In search of info on Hopf Family in Bavaria. Only info I have is on my Great Great Grandfather Johann Hopf. Born about 1816 in or near Hofles, Bavaria. Immigrated to Baltimore, Md. U.S.A. in 1854 with wife Magarette and two children. Any info would greatly be appreciated.

my relatives were born in baden and immigrated early in 1800's. they were catholic (hiding jews) Wilhelm meijer changed his name when entering into america to meyer.
He married maria anna maier. her father was a farmer.
I am trying to find their jewish records.

I am also looking for the COLE/KOHL FAMILY. While in germany they spelled it kohl. they came to america in late 1700's early 1800's. some names were James, Jesse, Walter, Joshua,
Garfield they came into west virginia. These are also jewish
and need to find their records.

I am also looking for the Newman family that left in the 1700's maybe around 1735. also jewish. they came into virgina. maybe thru the port of philadelphia. some of the names are
George, David, Solomon, John, Issac, Nathaniel, Christopher.
I have heard that we may have been in hessen or saxony.
