It's a common Czech name.. Wenzel, aka James.

For Franz, it looks like his father is Wenzel Kapitan and mother is Theresia Pesichal.
For Anna, father Johann Pawliska and mother Magdalena Maratik. Maybe another helper will be able to add to or correct this. Seeing the entire page also helps in translation, as I see the writers "r" is a tad unusual.

to find surnames in Celadna's phone book go
http://www.o2active.cz/telefonni-seznam.aspx in KDE typed Celadna and you should get about 306 listings. This way you will get the proper Czech spelling of a surname and a first name. You can also in CO type a surname and KDE - Celadna and see if some distant relatives still there.

PAVLISKA still there.
