My name is John Fullerton and I am looking for information on the direct descendants
of James Alexander Fullerton and Mary Jane Sharp of whom I am one. My line is James
Alexander--Adam(whose brothers were Thomas Elder, James, and John
Alexander)--Robert L.(whose full brother by Hannah Luckey was James Robert, and
whose half brother by Magaret Reed was Hugh Adams)--Alexander Washington(I know
nothing of any siblings)--Baxter Ptolemy (who had several siblings among whom were
Robert W., James C., Hannah, William and I believe one or two others)--Hugh
Mitchell (sister named Lucille) --Baxter Tracy (my father whose brother William died in a
fraternity house fire.)

Up through Baxter Ptolemy they lived primarily in Clearfield County, PA, NC, TN and Polk
County, MO and later branched out.

I don't know Alexander Washington but I am a direct decendent of James Alexander,John Alexander, Samual, William Steel and Glenn B.(my father) I have the names of James Alexander's children but not all the dates or spouses. I don't have any of John Alexander's except Samual and only his year of birth, I do have all the children and most of the dates of Samual and Sophia Lawhead's children. We have a Nathaniel Fullerton in our line thought to have been in New York State in the late 1700s or early 1800s. He was on a list to immigrate to Kingston, Ontario Canada Area(upper Canada). Our family name is Nathaniel Fullerton English. We are looking for any connection.

Adam Fullerton is my GG Uncle. Do have some info. I know he had 4 children with Hannah Luckey: James Robert, Robert Luckey, Mary Skillman William Holmes and 6 with Margaret Reed: Elizabeth Homes, Margaret Henry, Hugh Adam, John Sharp, Adam Jackson samuel Carrol.
