Cemetery's name/location???

These were directions I rec'd in a letter back in 2006. Looking for a cemetery that is near the Virginia/Maryland line." There is supposed to be a Royal Farms Store near where you turn off Rt. 13. The cemetery isn't far from there."
Anybody have any idea what the name of this cemetery could be? The person who gave me this directions lived in the Exmore are. I'm not familiar with the area so I'm in the dark.
Another relative is supposed to be buried at Belle Haven Cem. but I can't locate them on Findagrave.com. On my Virginia map, I can't even see Exmore..and it's a new map.

I go by there occasionally. Would you like for me to look for anyone in particular and take a picture for you? I can post it on findagrave.com.
