Perhaps they were DAR's...

You may write to our National Headquarters to obtain a copy of Ms. McSheehy papers. A record copy cost is $5.00.
check made out to National Treasurer NSDAR. Sent to REgistrar General NSDAR 1776 D Street NW
Washington DC 20006-5303. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to obtain the copy. Those National numbers are low numbers that the papers might not be too complete but I would urge you to do send for a copy. You can also ask them for a copy of those other ladies papers. Cost is $5.00 for each.
