Do I have a geneaological relationship to my aunt's (by marriage - my mother's brother's wife) cousin's son?

I would say not - my FTM software just implies that he is the 1st cousin once removed of your uncle's wife. Although you never know, if you trace both of your ancestries back far enough you might find a genealogical link... it has been known. :-)
