I am looking for the marriage date & place of Jean-Baptiste Grenier and Marie Pomerlo (Pomerleau). His son Jean-Baptiste Grenier was married July 8th, 1861 in Compton to Philomene Gagnon-Sylvestre. Also this first couple's parents if possible.
Thank you,
Lorraine

Lorraine -- I am researching the same Grenier line as you. My great-grandfather was Damase "Samuel" Grenier, son of Jean Baptiste Grenier and Marie Vachon Pomerleau. I would love to share information with you on this family. I gave give you names and most birth/death dates for the siblings of Damase "Samuel" Grenier. Do you know any more siblings for your Grenier? Damase and family moved from Canada to Minnesota and then across the Oregon Trail to Oregon. You can email me direct at: sadquacker@aol.com
