Surnames: Stephens
I received an email from a woman named Rachelle Stephens who sells CD for Ky and Tennessee ancestory packages. Cheap enough I fell for it. DO NOT order from this person. I received a CD that I cannot use and had nothing to do with Tennesssee. Be aware.

I sent a check in July and never recieved anything and she ( if it is a she) never replied to my e-mails! ARGH

We have been scammed for sure. She/he did answer one email saying it was on the way... sure....never fall for that one again. Argh is not exactly the word I am thinking of. Betty
